We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your OrthoCloud Pillow™, you may request a return or refund within this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in good condition
- The item must not show excessive signs of use or damage
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
